This year the Tennessee Coaches Alliance (TCA) is introducing the Prism Award: Shining a Light on Coaching Excellence. We will be announcing the recipients of the Prism Award at the dinner held in their honor on Thursday, February 11th.
Coach-to-Coach: Creating the Alliance will be an experiential conversation moderated by our former TCA President, Mark Robertson. Come join in the conversation - show up, share your voice and let's see where it takes us! We'll explore:
What are the perceptions of what it means to be a coach that brings us together or separates us from one another?
What do our beliefs and actions as coaches in this community really demonstrate about our commitment, or lack there of, to being an alliance
Are Executive Coaches really different from Life Coaches or does that labeling only serve to separate us further and / or confuse our clients?
How do you "be the invitation" to our Prism Awards Presentation Dinner and Coach-to-Coach Conversation? First, you can register to attend our events and second, invite fellow coaches, colleagues, and others to attendwho are interested in the coaching profession.

TCA 2010 Calendar of Events
Tennessee Coaches Alliance meets the second Friday of every other month from 11:30 - 1:00 p.m. Meetings are held at the Vanderbilt University Club, 2402 Garland Ave., Nashville, TN 37212. A lunch buffet is provided for attendees.
General business is discussed from 11:30-11:45 and the program starts at 11:45. We end promptly at 1:00 p.m.
Cost: $20 for TCA Members/$30 for Guests (Cost includes lunch)
