A key to this book is an internet-based test that allows an individual to obtain a measurement of their top five strengths. To take this test, you log onto a specific website and type in the unique password that is printed in the inside cover of the book. The test is based on work that the Gallup Organization has done and has (according to the book) been administered to 2 million people in a large number of different type of organizations.

"FYI For Your Improvement"
by Michael M. Lombard |

From the 2010 March Program:
"Overcoming Your Strengths"
Presented by Nancy Reece
Great overall guide for self discovery, and a terrific tool for coaching and developing others - a practical leadership resource. This book touches, at a high level, a lot of behavior and development topics, but does not get into the details. It gives 3- 4 pages on behavior or skill, hitting it fast and hard with guides and advise on development. (covers overuse of a skill, as well as addressing gaps in a skill)
